Well Lane

The latest renovated home on Well Lane could easily be mistaken for a new build house due to the work carried out. An awe-inspiring modern window design, complemented with more traditional brick. A block asphalt drive surfacing driveway was the obvious choice for this project.

Before we arrived on site, the client already had a new foundation installed. Our first job was to regrade the stone to suit our finished levels. We installed drainage around the front of the house and garage as the driveway had a fall towards the building. We then installed block paving to the entire perimeter and a large area of paving to the front entrance.

Finally, the asphalt layers were installed and as the pictures show, the result was tremendous.
