This property is located in Greasby, Wirral. Our client contacted Black Macadam because they wanted a patio area installing which would be large enough for a table and chairs but also it needed to look beautiful and last for many years.
More InformationA site clearance was first on the job list. This involved removing the old concrete hardstanding area and the flagged footpaths. The patio area was then marked out and excavated before laying the foundation.
A single course of pavers were laid to the perimeter to keep the correct proportion between the edgings and resin. After the resin had been installed, we regarded the soil and laid a land drain to prevent the garden from flooding in bad weather due to it having a new turf and backing onto a field.
