Irby

This lovely detached bungalow is located within one mile of Irby village in Wirral. The customer was looking for a resin bound driveway and due to the housing sitting low to the road and adjoining gardens, they also required additional drainage.

The block pavers and resin-bound gravel colours worked beautifully with some vibrant new planting and new fencing – totally transforming the front of the house.

Irby

During the foundation works and while the ground was reduced, we took the opportunity to lay a new water pipe from the pavement to the house. We then extended new fencing to both sides of the property.

The client wanted a soil border for planting so during the paving stage, we laid a raised kerb. Additional linear drainage channels were laid around two parts of the house to take any overflow of water from the driveway.
