Our client was the owner of a townhouse on Queens Road in Hoylake, which was home to two flats. They wanted to reduce the size of their garden in order to create a driveway area which would allow two car parking spaces.
More InformationBefore any work began, we needed to undertake a large scale site clearance so the area could be seen clearly. After a reduction in ground levels, the foundation for the driveway was installed. We then dug footing and built walls from wire cut reclaimed bricks for a traditional effect, sympathetic with the surrounding properties.
A double block perimeter border was then installed before the driveway surfaces were laid with a resin bound gravel topping to complete the project.
